I’m Dessi Reljan — founder of the Extraordinary Sleep Method™, holistic sleep expert, business leader, and mentor for people who carry responsibility, pressure and ambition.
My work is based on a simple truth:
you don’t need a stress-free life to sleep well —
you need a regulated nervous system and aligned rhythms.

Why this work exists
​
For years, I lived exactly like many of my clients do now.
High functioning. Responsible. Always “on.”
And slowly, silently, exhausted.
Sleep became light, fragmented, unreliable.
Not because I didn’t know what to do —
but because my system never truly switched off.
That experience changed everything.

From coping to regulation
​
I realised that stress is not the enemy.
Dysregulation is.
You cannot eliminate pressure, leadership or responsibility —
but you can teach your body how to come back to safety, recovery and deep rest.
This understanding led me to combine:

I don’t work with hacks, pills or rigid routines.
And I don’t treat sleep as an isolated night problem.
I work with the whole system:
how you think, how you carry stress, how you transition through your day, and how your nervous system receives signals of safety.
My background in embodied state awareness allows me to work not only with habits and knowledge — but with how the body actually experiences rest.
That’s why my clients don’t just sleep better.
They feel clearer, calmer and more grounded during the day.
