I’m a mother, a wife, a business owner… and a Holistic Sleep Expert.
But my journey started far from here.

Years ago, my life looked perfect from the outside — yet inside, I was falling apart. The stress at my job was overwhelming. I couldn’t fall asleep for hours, and when I finally did — often after one or two hours of turning — I’d wake up again with my mind racing, unable to calm down. Nights felt endless. Mornings were even worse — I’d drag myself out of bed exhausted, leaning on coffee to survive the day, and counting the hours until I could unwind with a glass of wine, hoping it would help me sleep.

I tried everything — the wine, the coffee, the ‘miracle’ teas. Nothing worked. I went to countless doctors, desperate for a solution. To my surprise, I received just one piece of advice: “Reduce the stress and take these pills.” But how do you reduce stress? No one could explain. I was offered only medication — even antidepressants. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way.

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I immersed myself in learning: courses, workshops, certifications — from Harvard Medical School sleep science to NLP, psychology, Traditional Chines Medicine, holistic healing, Feng Shui, and more. I studied how our minds and bodies truly work together and began testing techniques on myself. Slowly but surely, I found the methods that worked — not just for a night or two, but for lasting, deep, restorative sleep.

I realized that you cannot remove stress completely — it’s part of life — but you can learn how to manage it. That was the game changer. No medications, just working with our body, mind, and Mother Nature.

The changes were visible — my concentration improved, my energy returned, my mood lifted, and even my appearance transformed. Friends noticed and started asking for my help. Soon, I was guiding them through the same steps, and they were experiencing life-changing results. That’s how my professional path began. More and more people came to me for help, and every time, the results were remarkable. Of course, sometimes it was harder and took longer, sometimes easier and faster — but the results were always there.

That’s when I realized: sleeplessness isn’t just my problem — it’s a modern pandemic. Statistics say more than 60% of people struggle with sleep, but in reality, it’s closer to 80%. And most don’t even realize that what is stealing their health, happiness, and quality of life is poor sleep. Many believe they sleep well just because they get 7–8 hours… but it’s not only about how long we sleep — it’s about the quality of our sleep.
